The only bad point about my delivery was that DHL fucked up the pickup. This in not the fault of Gweike. But even with this delay, the machine arrive even before the 2 week predicted delivery time. Unpacked it all and found all content as expected. The top of the machine had a little dent, but that only on the front metal sheet overhanging and no functional part anyway. Installed everything, had the manual donwloaded since week and watched the videos a few times, so setup was fast.Cleaning tryout after like 20min setup, cutting a few minutes later, first welds with the included copper wire after roughly one hour. The only point I could not find in the manual was the fact, that you have to hold the button for a fw seconds first, to activate and make the green LED switch on and start only after that. A good safety feature,but maybe some hint in the manual would help to think of it right away. All test done so far were successfull. Of course I need to practise weldign some more to get "nicer" welds. But even the firsts ones could take high forces and i could not break them. For an untrained person this is a good start. So overall the machines is woth its money by far. Had a few chars with the service to answer some very specific question and got an answers either right away, on via mail shortly after. Tire feeding cable could be a bit longer to math the length of the laser cable because I got both unite on a self-made cart, but maybe I will exhange that later on. ot sure yet. Playing with setting for stainless steel wire now because i dont like the copper. Stainless should be welded with higher grade stainledd. As well, I will only use Argon, not Nitrogen. This is what I'm use to. Pictiure will follow later. Now more playing around to get more experience, and waiting for th MCore machine to arrive.

Super - fast - easy setup , love it !

When i ordered the page said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I have not seen it yet.
Now I get this email asking for a review, telling me they fulfilled the order 14 days ago.
If I hadn't got an other order from them I would think this whole thing was a big scam.
I payed around 15000 euro. Still received nothing. Only broken promises.
I really hope I will receive the welder some day. And that it is actually good.
Time will tell, but this review will not.

​You are asking for a 5-star review, but my experience with Gweike has been completely ruined due to misleading advertising on your website and a customer support that was completely unhelpful until I had to get tough with them.

​To be honest, I was genuinely excited about the G2 20W fiber laser. I really liked the machine and I was looking forward to using it for my business—even more so when I already had it physically in my office and ready to assemble.

However, your website explicitly sells the machine and the smoke purifier together as a compatible bundle. This is false advertising, as you do not even manufacture or provide an official adapter to connect them.

​To make matters worse, your customer support team only offered excuses, delays, and a ridiculous suggestion to "design the duct myself" using duct tape and zip ties. That is a massive, unprofessional safety hazard when dealing with toxic fumes in a workplace.

​Because of this web deception and the poor technical support backing your products, I felt forced to return the ENTIRE order (both the machine and the purifier). The packages have already been picked up by SEUR and are on their way back to your facilities.

​Unless you can provide a real, professional solution to this situation, the only thing I expect from Gweike right now is a full refund of my money.

This machine seems very efficient; I just received it this morning and I'm still unpacking it...
What I see needs to be changed: the rear opening is limited by the CO2 tube supports, which prevents the passage of sheets 1500 mm wide, the European standard.

Another point: a camera absolutely must be installed in this machine. I plan to do so because the control software allows it...
Another feature that will greatly improve the machine: the fact that the Lightburn software is implemented on this machine, for both CO2 and fiber processing.
I love the machine's structure and its very high rigidity; I think I'm going to have a lot of fun with this investment!

Works perfectly right out of the box.

Bought the 30w fibre and I am very impressed with its capabilities. Developing my skills in terms of metal engraving in particular. Great communication and fast delivery.

A máquina em sim é excelente e tem atendido todas as minhas expectativas, porém o suporte técnico é o único motivo de eu não atribuir 3 estrelas. Quase todas as informações vais ter que conseguir por conta própria o suporte é o mais desinteressado possível. Te ajudam como se estivessem a fazer um favor e nem fazem questão de esconder o desinteresse. O que tem me salvado são os fóruns e pesquisas online. É uma pena que um produto tão bom esteja associado a um suporte tão péssimo.

Hallo, ein M3 Ultra ist jetzt bei mir in Deutschland. Ich bin aktuell sehr begeistert und kann ihn in Verbindung mit dem Kompressor nur empfehlen. Support ist echt Spitze und die ersten Ergenisse sind sehr zufriedenstellend

Mon avis est mitigé , le graveur en lui même est plutôt sympha.
Le soft est clairement pas finalisé, la connexion avec la caméra plante régulièrement, l'intégration dans Lightburn pas top au vu de l'orientation de la caméra.
Le G3 20W IR + 20W fibre est clairement pas aussi puissant que le laisse penser les vidéos du site ! Pour des bronzes des laitons , des plaques très réfléchissantes le manque de puissance est flagrant.
De plus la ventilation est bruyante.
Le contournent de la zone a graver en bleu est presque invisible si l'éclairage est réglé au delà de 50% hors se changement se fait dans un menu et il est donc pénible de l'éteindre a chaque fois que l'on souhaite en faire usage.
La bibliothèque logicielle avec ces valeurs toutes identiques a la livraison et les valeurs dans la doc papier est une aberration ! cela permettrait de démarrer plus vite et avec un meilleur ressenti si elles étaient un tant soit peu en adéquation avec la machine reçu.
l'autofocus est capricieux , pour avoir 100% de réussite je doit mettre une feuille de papier blanc sur la pièce a graver. En revanche le fait qu'il soit automatique est sympha.
Les poins positifs le SAV c'est montré réactif et joignable a chaque fois.
La surface de gravure est sympha.
La résolution est bonne.
La qualité de fabrication correcte.
Donc une note moyenne car la partie machine est plutôt bonne la partie soft maison plutôt a améliorer rapidement et a ce prix je ne souhaites pas payer lightburn en plus !

Je dois encore beaucoup apprendre sur sô utilisation. Pour mes projets elles répond à mes besoins et j'en ai de plus en plis c'est bon signe

Fast delivery to Finland, machinery was ok, but free Gweike program is not good, and Lightburn program cost about 200 €/year. And programmin takes lot time at everything is working. Not so simple. Need lot studying.

Dear Gweike team, I am forced to write this review since I've been ignored twice while asking for customs clearance documents. We were informed the delivery will be done by DAP, as we requested, but I suspect it was done by DDP and resulted in lack of those documents, therefore we are facing issues in settling that purchase.

Decent build quality, easy to install

I love this device. It works very smooth, but I have one question though.
I have found and set the nul (0) position for the X and y. But when i place the square part exactly to these boundary, the text is created 5 mm Lower than it should.
Well, thats my only quest.

Easy to assemble and get going and once calibrated this is an excellent machine i only use it on anodised metals and some plastics and get outstanding results one material tests have been done on lightburn really happy to recommend the Gweike fibre laser
