Gweike Cloud After-Sales Service

Gweike Cloud is committed to providing reliable after-sales support and protection for all laser equipment. Please review the following service policies, including warranty coverage, service fees, and support structure.


1. Warranty Policy

All Gweike Cloud machines come with a standard 12–24-month warranty (refer to the product page for specific warranty duration).

During the warranty period, Gweike Cloud will provide free repairs or replacement parts under the following conditions:

The product is used under normal and reasonable operating conditions.

No unauthorized disassembly, modification, or misuse has occurred.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.


2. Non-Warranty Cases

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Consumables and accessories (e.g., lenses, nozzles, belts, mirrors).

Normal wear and tear from usage.

Issues arising from using the product in non-recommended environments.

Products with altered, removed, or unidentifiable serial numbers.

Products purchased through unauthorized channels (e.g., unauthorized dealers or platforms).


3. Out-of-Warranty Service Fees

After the warranty expires, the following service fees may apply:

4. Non-Defective Return & Exchange Policy

* "service fees" refer to return service charges.

* For refunds before shipment: No service fee charged, 4.5% bank processing fee applies (deducted from your refund amount)

* For orders shipped from China, cancellation after shipment will result in the buyer covering shipping costs.


5. Defective Product Return Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers will not bear any shipping costs. We will provide free return or replacement.


6. Return Process

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the problem.

We will respond within 1–2 business days and provide a return label.

Attach the label to the package and return it to our warehouse.

Once received, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

7. Extended Warranty (Optional)

During the original warranty period, you may purchase an Extended Warranty (6–12 months, depending on model and region).
