I'm new wit lasers - so there is a learning curve... Pro *** Can you Lightburn Software - not tied to cloud or gweike software. BTW connecting to the cloud is very difficult.(it's not my wifi server-cause the signal is strong enough for the next house to use)... Not once as the Gweike softare been successful.
***** I want the cloud print files, but if you can't connect to the cloud - NO Files for you!
The machine does produce and meet my expectations inspite of above..
I love my Pro 2. Have not tried the rotary yet. I am giving it a 3 simply because my camera has never worked and because I have never been able to get the gweike program to function due to camera issues. It reads something there that is not there. That has been frustrating. Big reason i purchased was the camera and the gweike software. With Light burn it runs great. Just wish the camera would work.
I am absolutely new to lasers. I've experience with sewing, machine embroidery, and craft cutting, but never thought much about lasers. The idea was to buy this for my husband to compliment his 3D printing hobby. It ended up being MINE! We looked at a few lasers, but really what came down to the decision to go with the Gweikecloud Pro II was the price, the experience of the company in industrial lasers, and the customer support. Our order was assigned a sales representative to help guide us through the process. They have technicians ready to help you 24/7 through their chat service and they are VERY helpful and responsive! Not only that, but the Facebook group for Gweikecloud users is very helpful if you need to get information from other users! I've been cutting, engraving, and creating all kinds of neat things for the past month and really looking forward to many more months!
We are really happy with the gweike cloud so far. It's faster and after a bit of a learning curve, fairly easy to use with lightburn. The tech support is also amazing. 24/7 i could go to a private WhatsApp group with the employees of gweike to help me with any tech questions i had. Its amazing how fast they reply, wich is neccessary when you depend on the machine for your small business.
I would recommend the gweike to everyone!
